Can you see music? “Ny Aina” explores the visual identity of my first music album. Between indie and electronic, a design is created that makes sound, identity and change visible, inspired by femininity, cultural origin and digital alienation.

“Ny Aina” means ‘life’ in Malagasy. In the visual identity of my first album, I process personal experiences such as relationships, change and identity. In conversations with people who express femininity, I explored how femininity and culture can be expressed visually. The symbol of the flower came up again and again, a symbol of femininity, growth and transience. Digital sound alienation blurs images, merging nature and technology. With the help of TouchDesigner and graphic experiments, a visual identity emerges that accompanies my album.
